Hands-on demo | Analytics for process development:
One team of experts from Sartorius BIA Separations will demonstrate the PATfix® analytical system that was developed to facilitate multiple stages of process development. Attendees will learn about:
→ The power of PATfix biochromatography analytics for emerging gene therapies
→ Simultaneous digital signal acquisition from multiple detectors | monitors
→ PATfix key components and how they enable at-line analytics
→ Hardware control of multiple systems locally or remotely
→ Post-analysis chromatography data evaluation
→ The next-generation PATfix software.
Hands-on demo | Design of experiments software:
Design of Experiments (DOE) is the fastest and most cost-efficient way to design effective experiments, increase productivity, and tackle your toughest challenges in development and manufacturing of advanced therapies and vaccines. The Sartorius Team will show how to combine Design of Experiments, MODDE® and PATfix® with templates to automate the workflow and quickly increase the value, sustainability and speed to market. Attendees will learn how to:
→ Significantly reduce experimental costs
→ De-risk projects and increase success rates
→ Make the most of valuable samples, raw materials and human resources
→ Accelerate progress and time-to-market while keeping within budget
→ Achieve quality goals and satisfy Quality by Design (QbD) requirements.
Hands-on demo | Automated in-line lysis:
The second team of experts will introduce a fully automated in-line lysis system, which is bound to be launched during MSS2024. Attendees will gain insights into:
→ Achieving higher efficiency and quality of the pDNA product through precise control and specialized mixing strategy of the in-line alkaline process
→ Components of this system and how they enable the automation of the lysis process
→ Advantages of the automated lysis system in comparison to batch lysis
→ Exploring the highest scale at which automated in-line lysis system enables the lysis process.
