Yes, special rates are available for attendees from academic institutions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy for MSS2026 Event:

  • By You: You can cancel your booking up to 14 days before the event by emailing info@mss-events.com. A credit for a future MSS Event will be provided, equivalent to the amount paid for MSS2026. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for non-attendance.
  • By Us: We may change or cancel the event, and will notify you of any changes. If canceled or significantly altered up to 14 days before the event, a credit for a future MSS Event will be offered. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellation or changes.

Why haven’t I received my registration confirmation?
If you haven’t received confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders. If it’s not there, email info@mss-events.com to request a copy.

Can I attend MSS2026 virtually?
